This Serving Counter with Mechanically Assisted Cold Pan keeps cold foods at the right temperature in a self-contained unit. It includes a double sided sneeze guard. The overall dimensions are 77-3/4"W x 35"D x 53"H.
Capacity and Cold Pan Design
The cold pan accommodates (5) 12" x 20" pans up to 6-1/4" deep. Additional space below the pans allows for cold air circulation.
Temperature Control and Refrigeration
This unit has a digital programmable thermostat and an expansion valve. The self-contained refrigeration system is fully charged with environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant.
Construction
The counter has a stainless steel top and a black vinyl clad exterior. It has 1" I.P.S drains.
Mobility
The unit rolls on (4) 4" swivel casters, (2) of which have brakes.
