Pan Capacity and Ice Cooling
The counter accommodates (2) 12" x 20" pan inserts up to 6-1/4" deep. Additional space below the pans holds ice. A 1" drain is included.
Work Surfaces
The top is 22/430 stainless steel. A stainless steel shelf comes with a removable 8" x 3/8" thick poly cutting board.
Storage and Base Construction
The stainless steel enclosed base has (2) sliding doors. An 18 gauge stainless steel fixed undershelf provides additional storage. Adjustable plastic bullet feet let you level the unit.
