Pan Capacity

The counter accommodates (2) 12" x 20" pan inserts up to 6-1/4" deep. Additional space below the pans holds ice.

Work Surface

A stainless steel shelf provides a durable work surface. It includes a removable 8" x 3/8" thick poly cutting board.

Drainage

A 1" drain is included for drainage.
