Product Overview

The Slim Series Hot Food Well Unit is an electric, drop-in unit built to hold food at serving temperature. It has three sealed hot food wells and a slim profile.

Construction

The self-rimmed top is made of 18 gauge 304 stainless steel. The body is made of 20 gauge galvanized steel.

Controls

The remote control panel has an individual infinite control for each well, so you can adjust the heat of each well separately. Indicator lights are included.
