Wells and Operation
The unit has four 12" x 20" sealed hot food wells. Each well has a drain and accommodates pan inserts up to 6-1/4" deep. The unit uses wet operation. A remote control panel gives you individual infinite controls, and indicator lights are included.
Construction
The top is 18 gauge 304 stainless steel and is self-rimmed. The body is 20 gauge galvanized steel.
