Pan Capacity and Ice Cooling

The counter accommodates (3) 12" x 20" pan inserts up to 6-1/4" deep. There is additional space below the pans for ice. A 1" drain is included.

Work Surface

The stainless steel 8"D support shelf includes a removable 3/8" thick poly cutting board.

Storage and Base Construction

The enclosed base is made of 18/304 stainless steel and has (2) sliding doors and a fixed undershelf. Adjustable stainless steel bullet feet allow the unit to be set up on the floor.
