Pan Capacity and Ice Cooling

The counter holds six 12" x 20" pan inserts, each up to 6-1/4" deep. Additional space below the pans is available for ice.

Work Surface and Support Shelf

The stainless steel 8"D support shelf includes a removable 3/8" thick poly cutting board.

Drainage

A 1" drain is included.

Construction and Storage

The enclosed base is made of 18/304 stainless steel. It has (2) sliding doors and a fixed undershelf for storage. Adjustable stainless steel bullet feet allow the unit to be set in place.
