Wells and Temperature Control
The unit has (2) 12" x 20" sealed wells, each with its own drain valve. The wells accommodate pan inserts up to 6" deep. Each well has an individual infinite control with an indicator light, so the heat in each well can be adjusted separately.
Work Surface and Storage
A 3/8" thick poly cutting board provides a work surface. The open cabinet base includes a stainless steel undershelf for storage.
