Wells and Drainage
The unit has two 12" x 20" sealed wells, each with its own drain valve. The wells accommodate pan inserts up to 6" deep.
Controls

Construction and Work Surface
The wells are lined with stainless steel. A 3/8" thick poly cutting board is included. The galvanized open base comes with an undershelf.
