Wells and Drainage
The unit has (4) 12" x 20" sealed wells, each with its own drain valve. The wells accommodate pan inserts up to 6" deep. Stainless steel well liners line each well.
Controls
Each well has its own infinite control with an indicator light, so every well can be adjusted separately.
Work Surface and Storage
A 3/8" thick poly cutting board is included. The galvanized open base has an undershelf for storage.
