Product Overview

The Quickchiller™ Blast Chiller is an undercounter unit with a self-contained refrigeration system. It holds (3) 12" x 20" pans and has a stainless steel interior and exterior.

Chilling Modes and Performance

This blast chiller has several operating modes:

  • Quick freeze
  • Soft-chill
  • Hard-chill
  • Holding

An automatic defrost cycle is included.

Controls and Monitoring

The touch control offers (20) preset menu options. A temperature probe is included, and the unit supports HACCP.

Environmentally Friendly Refrigerant

The unit uses environmentally friendly R-290 refrigerant.

Construction

The interior and exterior are both made of stainless steel.
