This 72-inch American Range gas restaurant range offers powerhouse versatility for your cookline. Its heavy-duty 24-inch griddle teams up with eight high-performance open burners, while twin 26-and-a-half-inch storage bases keep sheet pans and smallwares within arm's reach. Crafted from rugged, stainless-steel and certified for the demands of commercial kitchens, this range delivers the performance and durability your operation requires.
Key Features:
- The griddle is 24 inches wide and has manual controls. It is made from a 1-inch thick polished steel plate, which allows for fast heat recovery and even heat distribution.
- There are eight lift-off open burners, each rated at 32,000 BTU/hr. The 12-inch by 12-inch cast-iron top grates can be removed for easy cleaning.
- The unit has two 26.5-inch insulated storage bases, which provide convenient under-counter storage for equipment or sheet pans (there are no ovens).
- The stainless steel front, sides, and 6-inch deep front landing ledge are durable and easy to wipe down.
- The flue system can be chosen from three options: a 6-inch stub back, a 20-inch riser, or a high shelf and riser. Specify the desired option when ordering.
- The 6-inch chrome-plated adjustable legs allow the unit to be leveled on any surface and set the cooking height to a comfortable 36 inches.
- The rear ¾-inch NPT gas connection comes with a factory pressure regulator for easy installation.
- The unit is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed, and the construction is NSF-compliant for food service safety.
