Product Description
The HPIS-6836 is a full-height proofer and holding cabinet designed for high-volume bakeries, cafés, and commissaries. With a 36-pan capacity and a fully insulated solid door, it helps keep dough light and airy during proofing or holds finished products at serving temperature without drying them out. This unit operates on a standard 120V power supply, providing consistent, reliable results shift after shift. - The cabinet is fully insulated, with a thickness of 1.2 inches (30 mm) and a double-layer aluminum door. This design ensures superior heat retention.
