Product Description
The SteamChef™ 3 is a powerful and efficient countertop steamer that offers a 3-pan capacity and operates on 208-240V, 60Hz, 3-phase power. This boilerless design eliminates the hassle of a traditional boiler system, making it a convenient and energy-saving option for any commercial kitchen. With its compact countertop footprint, the SteamChef™ 3 is quick to set up and ready to deliver lightning-fast, high-quality steaming performance to keep your production moving smoothly.
Key Features:
- The unit has a 1-gallon reservoir and does not require a boiler, eliminating the need for deliming or element scaling.
- The 12 kW embedded element in a solid aluminum block ensures rapid heat-up and recovery.
- The fan-forced convection steam with the patented KleanShield™ cavity removes condensate and food soil.
- The SureCook easyTimer 60-min, load-compensating control offers continuous steam mode and energy-saving standby.
- Automatic water fill, low/high level sensors, safety overflow, and 193°F standby temperature are included.
- The unit automatically drains and performs a 3-minute rinse flush each time it is turned off.
- The left-hand hinged, two-piece stainless door has a floating inner panel and a reversible gasket, with controls on the right side.
- It accepts treated or tap water through two ¾" NH garden-hose inlets, operating at 35-60 psi.
- The stainless exterior features 4" skid-resistant flanged legs.
- The unit is ENERGY STAR® certified, reducing water and electrical consumption.

- Holds three steam table pans, each measuring 12 inches by 20 inches by 2.5 inches (GN 1/1, 65 mm)
- Holds six pans, each measuring 12 inches by 20 inches by 1 inch

- Choose from 34" economy or 25" stacking stainless steel stands.
