Product Description
The KDL-125-T is a high-performance steam kettle designed for heavy-duty commercial use. Featuring a 316 stainless steel liner and a 35 psi rating, this kettle can efficiently transform an external steam supply into 125 gallons (475 L) of evenly-heated, scorch-free cooking power – enough for up to 2,000 eight-ounce servings per batch. Its smooth, self-locking hand-tilt mechanism and rugged quad-leg base provide fast, safe, and operator-friendly pouring and clean-up.
