Product Description
The Cleveland DuraPan™ SEL-30-TR is a 115 L hydraulic-hand-tilt braising pan with a modular open base. This 30-gallon (960 four-ounce servings) electric tilting skillet boasts lightning-fast heat-up, precise temperature control, and durable stainless-steel construction, making it ideal for a variety of high-volume cooking tasks such as browning, braising, sautéing, steaming, holding, or shallow-frying. The DuraPan™ helps boost production, cut labor, and keep your kitchen line moving.

- The spring-assisted lid has an adjustable steam vent and a full-width stay-cool handle.
