Its patented Noise Suppression Technology, stainless-steel construction, and chemical-sanitizing rinse make it an ideal solution for restaurants, cafés, and tasting rooms. The dishwasher can handle up to 30 racks or 120 covers per hour, meeting NSF and cULus safety standards. For optimal performance, CMA recommends incoming water at a minimum of 120 °F (140 °F ideal) and a hardness of 3.5 gpg or less, which can be provided by a standard tank-style water heater.
