Product Description
The UC-50e commercial dishwasher is designed for high-volume establishments like bars, cafes, and small commercial kitchens. It can wash up to 30 racks per hour, using less than a gallon of water per cycle, and delivers sparkling clean dishes and glassware every two minutes. The double-skin stainless-steel cabinet keeps heat and noise contained, while the Safe-T-Temp feature ensures a 180°F sanitizing rinse for every load. For optimal performance, the UC-50e requires incoming water of at least 140°F and water hardness no greater than 3.5 gpg (a water softener is recommended in hard water areas).
