Temperature and Safety Controls

This griddle has a reliable Robertshaw snap action thermostat that reaches up to 450°. It is combined with Robertshaw TS11 safety pilot controls.

Construction and Grease Management

The griddle has a double welded splash guard along the inner seams and underneath. A front grease trough and one (1) removable deep grease drawer help with grease collection. Insulated side panels are included.

Stability and Installation

This griddle comes with four (4) stainless steel adjustable legs. The 3/4" gas connection is located at the rear of the unit.
