The Designer Line Mighty Top Sandwich Unit is a 48" wide, two-section refrigerated prep unit with a front breather. It is built to keep sandwich ingredients organized and within reach during food preparation.
Capacity and Prep Space
The unit includes (18) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans, so there is plenty of room for sandwich toppings and ingredients. An 8" cutting board gives you a dedicated workspace for assembling orders.
Doors and Access
The unit has (2) field rehingeable doors. You can adjust the door hinging in the field to suit your kitchen layout and workflow.
Construction
The top, front, sides and interior are all stainless steel.
Mobility
3-3/4" casters let you move the unit when needed.
Controls and Refrigeration
An electronic controller with a digital display lets you monitor and manage the unit's settings. Rear mounted self-contained refrigeration powers the unit.
