The Designer Line Mighty Top Sandwich Unit is a 60" wide, two-section refrigerated unit with a front breather. It is built for sandwich preparation and gives you organized ingredient storage and a work surface in one piece of equipment.
Capacity and Prep Space
The unit holds (12) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans, so toppings and sandwich ingredients stay within easy reach. An 8" cutting board gives you space to assemble and prepare menu items.
Doors and Access
The unit has (2) field rehingeable doors. The hinging can be changed in the field to suit your setup.
Construction
The top, front, sides, and interior are all stainless steel.
Mobility
The unit rolls on 3-3/4" casters, which makes it easier to move when needed.
Controls and Refrigeration
An electronic controller with a digital display is used to manage the unit. The rear mounted, self-contained refrigeration system cools the unit.
