This one-section Sandwich Unit with a front breather design is 32" wide. It combines a food prep surface with refrigerated drawer storage, so ingredients stay organized and within reach.
Prep Area
The unit holds (8) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans and includes a 12" cutting board. The stainless steel top gives you a surface to work on.
Drawer Storage
Two drawers provide additional refrigerated storage. Each drawer accommodates one of the following (pans supplied by others):
- (1) 12 x 20 x 6 pan per drawer
- (1) 1/2 x 6 pan and (2) 1/3 x 6 pans per drawer
