This front breather sandwich unit is 32" wide with one section. It is built for organized food prep and cold storage. It has a stainless steel top, front and end panels, and an aluminum interior.
Prep Area and Pan Capacity
The prep top holds (8) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans and comes with a 19" cutting board. Pans are supplied by others.
Drawer Storage
Two drawers provide refrigerated storage. Each drawer accommodates one of the following (pans supplied by others):
- (1) 12 x 20 x 6 pan, or
- (1) 1/2 x 6 pan and (2) 1/3 x 6 pans
Controls and Refrigeration
An electronic controller with a digital display manages the unit. The refrigeration system is rear mounted and self-contained.
Construction and Mobility
The stainless steel top, front and end panels are paired with an aluminum interior. The unit rolls on 3-3/4" casters.
