This 48" wide, two-section front breather sandwich unit is built for sandwich preparation. It has a stainless steel top, front, and end panels, an aluminum interior, and rear mounted self-contained refrigeration.
Preparation Area
The unit includes (10) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans and a 12" cutting board.
Drawer Storage
Four drawers provide additional storage. Each drawer accommodates one of the following pan configurations (pans supplied by others):
- (1) 12 x 18 x 6 pan per drawer, or
- (1) 1/2 x 6 pan and (1) 1/3 x 6 pan per drawer
