Product Overview

This 48" wide front breather sandwich unit is a two-section refrigerated unit with drawers. It has a stainless steel top and a 19" cutting board for food preparation.

Capacity and Configuration

The unit includes (10) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans. Each drawer accommodates one of the following (pans supplied by others):

• (1) 12 x 18 x 6 pan per drawer, or
• (1) 1/2 x 6 pan and (1) 1/3 x 6 pan per drawer

Mobility

The unit is equipped with 3-3/4" casters.
