This 48" wide two-section sandwich unit is built for efficient sandwich preparation. It combines a pan-equipped prep top with four refrigerated drawers, and it uses rear mounted self-contained refrigeration.
Prep Top and Cutting Board
The unit includes (12) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans and a 12" cutting board. The top is stainless steel.
Drawer Capacity
The unit has (4) drawers. Each drawer accommodates one of the following (pans supplied by others):
- (1) 12 x 18 x 6 pan per drawer, or
- (1) 1/2 x 6 pan and (1) 1/3 x 6 pan per drawer
