Product Overview
This 48" wide, two-section Sandwich Unit with a front breather is built for efficient sandwich preparation and refrigerated storage. It combines a prep surface, pan wells, and four refrigerated drawers in one unit.
Prep Area
The unit has twelve 1/6 size x 4" deep pans for organized ingredient access. A 12" cutting board gives you a dedicated work surface. The top is stainless steel.
Drawer Storage
Four drawers provide refrigerated storage. Each drawer accommodates one of the following configurations (pans supplied by others):
- (1) 12 x 18 x 6 pan per drawer
- (1) 1/2 x 6 pan and (1) 1/3 x 6 pan per drawer
