Product Overview
The Mighty Top Sandwich Unit is a 48" wide, two-section unit built for sandwich preparation, with refrigerated storage and a work surface in one piece of equipment.
Preparation Area
The unit has a stainless steel top with room for (12) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans. An 8" cutting board gives you a dedicated space for slicing and assembly.
Drawer Storage
Four drawers provide refrigerated storage. Each drawer accommodates either of the following (pans supplied by others):
- (1) 12 x 18 x 6 pan per drawer, or
- (1) 1/2 x 6 pan and (1) 1/3 x 6 pan per drawer
