The Mighty Top Sandwich Unit is a 48" wide, two-section refrigerated prep unit with a front breather design. It is built for sandwich preparation and holds ingredients within easy reach.
Capacity and Prep Space
The unit holds twelve 1/6 size pans, each 4" deep, so you can keep a wide variety of ingredients on hand. An 8" cutting board provides a dedicated surface for assembling sandwiches.
Construction
The top, front, and end panels are stainless steel. The interior is aluminum.
Doors
The unit has two field rehingeable doors, so the door swing can be adjusted to suit your workspace.
Refrigeration and Controls
Rear mounted self-contained refrigeration powers the unit. An electronic controller with a digital display is included for temperature management.
Mobility
The unit rolls on 3-3/4" casters, which makes it easier to move when needed.
