The Mighty Top Sandwich Unit is a 48" wide, two-section refrigerated unit for sandwich and food prep. It combines a top-mounted pan rail with four drawers of refrigerated storage.
Prep Top Capacity
The unit holds (18) 1/6 size pans, each 4" deep. An 8" cutting board gives you work space for assembling sandwiches.
Drawer Storage
The unit has (4) drawers. Each drawer accommodates one of the following configurations (pans supplied by others):
- (1) 12 x 18 x 6 pan per drawer, or
- (1) 1/2 x 6 pan and (1) 1/3 x 6 pan per drawer
