The Mighty Top Sandwich Unit is a 48" wide, two-section refrigerated prep unit with a front breather design. It is built to keep sandwich ingredients organized and within reach during food preparation.
Capacity and Prep Space
This unit holds (18) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans, which gives you plenty of room for toppings and ingredients. An 8" cutting board provides a dedicated work surface for assembling sandwiches.
Construction
The top, front, and end panels are stainless steel. The interior is aluminum.
Doors
The unit has (2) field rehingeable doors, so the door swing can be changed to fit your layout.
Controls and Refrigeration
An electronic controller with a digital display manages the unit's settings. Rear mounted self-contained refrigeration powers the system.
Mobility
The unit rolls on 3-3/4" casters, so it can be repositioned when needed.
