This 48" wide front breather sandwich unit has two sections with drawers. It is built for efficient sandwich preparation and storage.
Preparation Area
The unit includes (8) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans for organized ingredient access. A 19" cutting board provides a dedicated workspace for assembly.
Drawer Capacity
Each drawer accommodates one of the following configurations:
- (1) 12 x 18 x 6 pan per drawer
- (1) 1/2 x 6 pan and (1) 1/3 x 6 pan per drawer
Pans for the drawers are supplied by others.
