Product Overview
This 60" wide, two-section front breather sandwich unit is built for efficient sandwich and food preparation. It has a self-contained refrigeration system and a durable construction.
Capacity and Storage
The unit includes twelve 1/6 size x 4" deep pans for organized ingredient access and a 12" cutting board for food prep. Four drawers each accommodate one 12 x 20 x 6 pan. These pans are supplied by others.
Construction
The top, front, and end panels are stainless steel. The interior is aluminum.
Refrigeration and Controls
The rear mounted, self-contained refrigeration system is managed by an electronic controller with a digital display. The unit has a front breather design.
Mobility
The unit rolls on 3-3/4" casters.
