Product Overview
The Mighty Top Sandwich Unit is a 72" wide, three-section refrigerated unit for sandwich preparation. It has a mighty top pan rail and a cutting board, with six drawers below for refrigerated storage.
Preparation Area
The top holds (18) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans. An 8" cutting board gives you room to assemble sandwiches.
Drawer Storage
The unit has (6) drawers. Each drawer accommodates one of the following (pans supplied by others):
- (1) 12 x 18 x 6 pan per drawer, or
- (1) 1/2 x 6 pan and (1) 1/3 x 6 pan per drawer
Construction
The top, front and end panels are stainless steel. The interior is aluminum.
Refrigeration and Controls
The unit has rear mounted, self-contained refrigeration. An electronic controller with a digital display manages the temperature.
Mobility
The unit rolls on 5" casters.
