The Mighty Top Sandwich Unit is a 72" wide, three-section refrigerated unit with front breather ventilation. It has a self-contained refrigeration system mounted at the rear.
Food Prep Capacity
The unit holds (18) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans, so ingredients are within reach during prep. An 8" cutting board gives you dedicated workspace for assembling sandwiches.
Access and Convenience
Three field rehingeable doors, one for each section, provide access to the refrigerated storage. Because the doors can be rehinged in the field, they can be adapted to your setup. The 3-3/4" casters make the unit mobile.
