The Mighty Top Sandwich Unit is a 72" wide, three-section refrigerated unit for sandwich and food preparation. It combines a prep top, a cutting board, and six drawers for organized ingredient storage.
Prep Top and Cutting Board
The unit has (27) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans for ingredients that need to stay within reach. An 8" cutting board gives you a dedicated space for assembling and preparing food.
Drawer Storage
Six drawers provide additional refrigerated storage. Each drawer accommodates either of the following (pans supplied by others):
- (1) 12 x 18 x 6 pan per drawer, or
- (1) 1/2 x 6 pan and (1) 1/3 x 6 pan per drawer
Construction
The top, front, and end panels are stainless steel. The interior is aluminum.
Mobility
5" casters let the unit be moved when needed.
Refrigeration
The unit uses rear mounted self-contained refrigeration.
