The Mighty Top Sandwich Unit is a 72" wide, three-section refrigerated unit with a front breather. It has a mega-top design with an 8" cutting board and combines food prep space with drawer storage.

Pan Capacity and Drawer Configuration
The top of the unit holds (27) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans. The unit has (6) drawers. Each drawer accommodates either (1) 12 x 18 x 6 pan or (1) 1/2 x 6 and (1) 1/3 x 6 pan. Drawer pans are supplied by others.
Construction
The top, front and end panels are stainless steel. The interior is aluminum.
Refrigeration and Controls
The unit has rear mounted, self-contained refrigeration. An electronic controller with a digital display manages operation.
Mobility
The unit rolls on 3-3/4" casters.
