The Mighty Top Sandwich Unit is a 72" wide, three-section refrigerated unit with a front breather design. It combines a sandwich prep top with refrigerated storage, and a cutting board is included for food preparation.
Pan Capacity and Prep Surface
This unit holds (27) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans, so ingredients stay organized and within easy reach. An 8" cutting board gives you a dedicated work surface for assembling sandwiches.
Doors and Access
The unit has (3) field rehingeable doors, one for each section. You can adjust the door hinging in the field to suit your kitchen layout.
Construction
The top, front, and end panels are stainless steel. The interior is aluminum.
