Product Overview
The Mighty Top Sandwich Unit is a 72" wide, three-section refrigerated unit with a front breather. It combines a sandwich prep top with six drawers of refrigerated storage.
Prep Top and Cutting Board
The unit holds (30) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans and includes an 8" cutting board. The stainless steel top gives you a workspace for assembling sandwiches.
Drawer Storage
The unit has (6) drawers. Each drawer accommodates one of the following (pans supplied by others):
- (1) 12 x 18 x 6 pan per drawer, or
- (1) 1/2 x 6 and (1) 1/3 x 6 pan per drawer
