Drawer Capacity
Each drawer accommodates one of the following pan configurations:

Pans are supplied by others.
Construction
The stainless steel top, front panels, and end panels make up the exterior of the unit. The interior is aluminum. The 5 1/2" backsplash is part of the stainless steel top.
Controls and Refrigeration
An electronic controller with a digital display manages the unit. The rear mounted, self-contained refrigeration system is built into the unit.
