The Convotherm Mini Pro easyTouch Combi Oven is an electric, boilerless/spritzer combi oven with programmable controls. It is built with stainless steel construction and a UL approved footless base.

This oven has a 7" TFT high resolution capacitive touch display. Its programmable controls have a 399 recipe program capacity.
