The (School Model) Convotherm Maxx Pro Combi Oven/Steamer School Package is a gas, boilerless combi oven built for K-12 foodservice. It comes with a stand and is made of stainless steel. The package includes a U.S. cookbook with 200 cooking recipes for common K-12 menu items.

Capacity

This combi oven holds either:

  • (10) 18" x 26" full size sheet pans, or
  • (20) 12" x 20" x 1" hotel pans
