Energy-Efficient Power Wells with Precise Digital Control
This 72-inch drop-in module features Delfield's Energy-Saving Power (ESP) technology, which keeps up to five full-size pans of entrées, sides, or sauces at the perfect serving temperature without wasting energy or valuable counter space. The individually controlled heat pads ensure unbeatable food quality and utility savings.
For proper installation, a minimum 3-inch (76 mm) clearance is required between the unit body and any combustible materials, and the installation must comply with all applicable electrical and plumbing codes. For more information on warranty and coverage, please contact us.

- 5 individual 12" x 20" wells that can operate wet or dry to accommodate your menu needs
- Energy-efficient 500 W heat pad on each well, totaling 2,500 W
- Solid-state digital thermostat for each well, pre-wired to a remote panel (4' conduit included) for easy control
- 18-gauge stainless steel top with die-stamped, flush-mount wells and a depressed edge to retain condensation
- 6.25" deep, 20-gauge stainless steel wells fully insulated with 1" fiberglass for efficient heating
- 1/2" stainless steel drains on every well, manifolded to a left-hand gate valve for quick and safe draining
- Non-marring press-fit perimeter gasket for fast, caulk-free installation
- Rugged 20-gauge galvanized exterior body built to last under the counter
- UL, cUL, NSF, and CE listed for electrical safety and sanitation compliance

- The unit can be filled manually or automatically using an AutoFill system.
- Adapter plates and bars are available to accommodate different sizes of pans.
- Flip-up sneeze guards can be used to cover one or both sides of the unit.
- The covers on the unit can be extended or retracted as needed.
- The unit can be wired for 240 V / 50 Hz or 3-phase power.
