Product Overview

This refrigerated drop-in cold food pan has a 3/4" top recess and an N7 designation. It measures 74-1/8"W x 25-1/2"D x 24-9/16"H and is designed to hold cold food pans in a built-in setup.

Capacity

The unit accommodates (5) 12" x 20" pans, each up to 6" deep.

Controls

The unit comes with a touchscreen control. A mechanical control is available as an option (see configuration options).
