Product Description
The Duke Manufacturing CP6-SB-DC-D is a refrigerated drop-in cold food pan designed for use in salad bars and buffet lines. It can accommodate up to six 12" x 20" pans with a depth of 6 inches, and features a 3/4" top recess and a precision touchscreen control (with a mechanical option also available). The unit is constructed with a 300-series stainless steel top and a steel exterior housing, and includes a 1" brass drain, R290 refrigerant, and 120V/60Hz operation. Certified with UL/cULus classifications, this model offers durable and energy-efficient performance for commercial kitchen environments. The required cutout dimensions are 87-1/2"W x 24-5/8"D.
