Hot Food Wells
This unit has three 12" x 20" sealed hot food wells. Each well has its own drain with a valve. Infinite controls let you adjust the heat settings.
Construction and Design
The unit has a stainless steel top with a 1/2" thick x 7" wide poly carving board on the operator's side. The stainless steel open base includes an undershelf for storage. The 5" casters allow the unit to be moved easily.
