Hot Food Wells
The unit has four 12" x 20" hot food wells with exposed elements. Infinite controls let you adjust the heat settings.
Construction and Work Surface
The top is stainless steel. It includes a 1/2" thick x 7" wide poly carving board for slicing and serving. The stainless steel open base has an undershelf for additional storage.
Mobility and Power
The 5" casters allow the unit to be moved. The 6' cord and plug connect it to power.
