Product Overview

The Thurmaduke™ Cold Food Unit is a mobile unit measuring 32"W x 32"D x 36"H. It has a stainless steel body and a 16ga stainless steel top.

Cold Pan & Liner

The unit has an NSF 7 stainless steel mechanical cold pan that is 8" deep. The liner measures 28-1/2" x 21-3/4". A 1" drain line and valve are included.

Controls

The unit has a touchscreen control. For optional mechanical control, see the configuration options.
