The Thurmaduke™ Cold Food Unit is a mobile cold food solution measuring 60"W x 32"D x 36"H. It is built with stainless steel construction and is designed to keep food cold in a variety of service settings.

Construction

The unit features a 16ga stainless steel top, a stainless steel body, and a stainless steel undershelf. The hinged stainless steel louvered grill is also made of stainless steel. The cold pan is an NSF 7 stainless steel mechanical cold pan that is 8" deep.

Mobility

The unit is equipped with 5" diameter swivel casters and brakes, so it can be moved and held in place when needed.
