Product Overview

The Thurmaduke™ Cold Food Unit is a mobile unit measuring 88"W x 32"D x 36"H. It has a stainless steel top and a stainless steel mechanical cold pan, and it is built to move easily within your operation.

Construction

  • 16ga stainless steel top
  • Stainless steel body and undershelf
  • Hinged stainless steel louvered grill

Cold Pan

  • NSF 7 stainless steel mechanical cold pan
  • 8" deep
  • 84-1/2" x 21-3/4" liner
  • 1" drain line and valve

Controls

This unit comes with a touchscreen control. For optional mechanical control, see the configuration options.

Mobility

The unit is equipped with 5" dia. swivel casters with brakes.
